OMG for all the haters,it,s like o jimi hendrix was out of tune sometimes,so FUCK,these played 3 hours EVERY nite,pulled the posers,danced,sweated buckets and more importantly,TOOK RISKS!
Listen to no quarter or watch page pull the solo on a 12 string on song remains the same,these were the most important band ever for over a decade and maybe more,sheer chemistry and true gods!!

Fuck you Led Zeppelin. You greedy, lazy-ass fuckwits, for stopping touring. I don’t give a fucking shit if you’ve gotten old or if nobody’s good enough at replacing Plant on vocals, you can just tour for the hell of it. I want to hear your music whether it’s as good as the studio versions or not, it shouldn’t be up to you, it should be up to us. I thought I could trust these idiots. Fuck this dumb band… >:(
Ooops, typo’s……To all of those who lament not experiencing Zepplin live, listen up. I saw them live 3 times, across 3 seperate tours (73, 75 & 77). As you can (maybe) hear in this recording, they were never able to sound as good live as they did on their albums. Yes, the music was good no doubt. As was the partying, etc. They only toured every two years, so the next time around the fans had an insatiable appetite to see and hear the LZ experience.

@jimihendrixtribute The main point of my origianl post was that I would have liked to have seen more footage of Jones and Bonham who are (were, in Bonham’s case) both incredible musicans and equally intrigal parts of that band. I like to see more than just the lead guitarist and singer in any video of any band that I watch.
@doctortabby Robert’s vocals weren’t inept live.. He had an unsuccessful throat surgery in late ’72, smoked alot, and he purpousely held back on his voice a little bit so his voice wasn’t completely burned out and they had to detune before too long.. If you watch some videos of Page and Plant, you will figure out that, after giving his voice some rest, and even with 15 years of aging, his voice was good again..

@doctortabby hey page is sloppy live buuuuuuuuut… he and j.p.j were studio musicians together……they formed a band for a reason……youd be hammered and sloppy and everyone would love you if you were the first “guitar god” too…..just dont forget ….rolling stone ranked hendrix as one of the top ten guitarists ever..ican name 40 better than him…..but he CHANGED MUSIC….so did these guys. just holler with a little respect…..maybe they lived the life. maybe they lived in hell.
